image gallery
our web designer just posted in "image gallery" pictures from a photo shoot that we did a month ago. this is our second photo shoot, and i do believe that the more we do these the easier it gets. setting something like this up takes tons of preparation. andrew paynter, our photographer, scouted out the locations days before. when he took me to see the places, we took test polaroids and documented the time so that we knew how the sun would look at that specific time. then we assembled outfits for each location and took polaroids of those. the day of our shoot, the weather was beautiful, couldn't have been better, but by the end of the day, the sf wind kicked in and what looked like 75 degrees, was more like 60 degrees. sarah our beautiful model, who is really a full time teacher, was a great sport and such a professional, despite the chill. she has really become the face for the clothes. to me, she embodies what the modern day women should be, with all her vitality and grace.
