izzy super-sta
i don't know if some saw the little article about izzy the shop mascot, and my precious dog in the sf chronicle. it was a very cute article about the neighborhood that i live near. well the funny thing is that a reporter from the new york times came into the store looking to write about san francisco. after our conversation, he asks if he could send a photographer to the store to take pictures for his story. a week later, the photographers come and they fall in love with izzy and the entire photo shoot revolves around izzy the super model. i tell my friend mulan the story that night over dinner and she laughs and says, "izzy will bring you popularity not your clothing line". and i thought how funny and how true.
