so busy, so happy
i am coming to realize that the busier i am the happier i am. i don't know what it is, but activities just make me feel alive. since the second store has opened i have never been busier, but the pace has actually helped me be more resourceful with my time. I remember in berkeley i was a double major in english and art, that was a lot of reading and painting, and i loved my classes and i realize now it was because i was so busy. i had 4 hours of painting everday and i would read for a couple hours a day and still attend classes. it was hectic, but i loved it. i believe that i would rather be busy than bored, and i think that i have not been bored in my career ever. it is never the same thing, my day is never the same day, it changes everyday and i love that part of my job. it is not predictable.
