Music plays such a huge part in all our lives. It can define a season, a mood, and as many of us know... a relationship. It's also our most constant shopping companion, with each store blasting its signature tunes to get the energy pumping and keep employees smiling.
Here at Sunhee Moon, there's a diverse selection on constant rotation in all three stores. There's a sprinkling of upbeat classic rock like the Rolling Stones, some low-key hip hop and r&b like Mary J. Blige or Mariah Carey, and lots of eighties. As customers from last Saturday at Fillmore will remember -- George Michael is definitely a crowd favorite!
In turn, each girl has her own favorite music to play while at work. A recent sampling of store favorites include Duffy, Hall & Oates, smooth jazz, and Little Brother. Vanessa, I think you've successfully turned us all into Little Brother fans with your awesome mixes!
My favorite new band is Hercules & Love Affair. This disco revival group is not to be missed for all you serious dance partiers out there!!! I'm hoping to have it rolling on the Sunhee Moon CD player as soon as possible. (In the meantime, check out the song "Blind" on their myspace page.)
